Demi's Trainwreck with Meaning Behind Lyrics Revealed

Demi Lovato, sixteen, has had a hard time fending off the press lately when now ex-best friend Selena Gomez spilled the beans on the meaning behind the song Trainwreck, a song written by Demi which was released on her debut album, Don't Forget.

Selena being Demi's biggest fan had heard all her music before it was released and knew the meaning behind all the songs which they discussed in great detail at their youtube sleepover parties. "I know all the words to Demi's songs and what they mean. Hello, we are best friends."

Selena was angry that Demi was stealing all her fame because she was currently on the Jonas Brothers' Burnin' Up tour and had to do something to put her "best friend" in bad public light. "He had a right to know it was about him."

The song in question, Trainwreck, contains lyrics such as "You won't go to the doctor, he keeps calling you insane" and "You're a trainwreck but I wouldn't love you if you changed." Selena revealed it was about Demi's ex, Cody Linley who is hiding his mental health diagnosis.
