Amazing footage has emerged of legendary US Astronaut and moon-walker Buzz Aldrin punching a stroppy lunar-landing conspiracy theorist in the face.
Bart Sibrel approached the Astronaut as he entered a hotel with his step-daughter. The conspiracy crackpot challenged the validity of Aldrin's 1969 moon-walk, before calling him a liar, and a coward.
Proving beyond any shadow of a doubt that he is indeed made of the right stuff, Aldrin fired a hard straight right into Sibrel's face, staggering the larger, younger man.
Recalling the 2002 incident, Sibrel told us: "I challenged him on his 'so-called' achievement and he punched me in the face. As I recall, it really hurt. For a little old guy, he punches real hard."
Buzz Aldrin himself told us: "I acted like any red-blooded American male would, if he was called a coward and a liar. I punched him in the face. The sad thing is that a lot of people intervened to restore order. Just as I was getting warmed up. The straight right was just a range-finder. I was winding up for a combination of hooks and upper cuts but too many people got in the way."
More as we get it.
