Queen of Pop, Madonna, 50, has been praised recently for how good she looks at fifty without using cosmetic surgery or endless beauty products. But the truth (well, not so much truth...more a lie really) is that a Harley Street doctor was paid £2500 to do a back-street Botox op on Madge, just days before her birthday.
Confiding secretly to me, Doctor Winters* said, "Well, I could hardly pass up an opportunity like this now could I? I knew I could lose my license but I was paid 2 thousand pounds plus an extra 500 pounds to keep 'schtum' as she put it. This was, and is, the Queen of Pop and I'm a massive fan.
