VICTORIA, CANADA: The city of Victoria has made its mark in North America as the first city to install pop-up public urinals for drunken bar patrons.
The unique 'watering-hole' devices (pun intended, of course)are installed underground, connecting to the main sewer system and are similar in appearance to manhole covers. At night, they pop-up handily so confused lager-louts and pilsner-heads will no longer water the hanging lobelia baskets.
The Head of the Equal Pissing Rights for Women - Willy Standup - said he was not pissed off about women complaining that they had not been given similar conveniences.
"Pussies are not the problem", said Willy, "the biggest group of pissers, pissants, putzes and pischers will always be men".
