London England - Attempting to establish itself as a major space power Great Britain has decided to shoot the queen into outer space and have her spend a week on the space shuttle. She will be spending time on the the rebuilt Buran-Energia shuttle built by the Russians at a cost of six hundred million Dollars.
The Queen will travel on an Energia rocket The critical difference between the American and Russian designs is in their rocket systems. The Energia is a monster of a rocket, with significantly more thrust than the American shuttle central fuel tank and solid rocket boosters (SRB's).
The Energia is capable of lifting a much heavier load so that the queen can carry more luggage then she could on an American rocket.
