After a fourth place finish in the 400-meter IM in the 2012 Olympic Games, Michael Phelps had a simple excuse: "I lost my mojo at Heathrow Airport."
The 27-year-old Phelps said his mojo was in a nondescript bag that he thinks he may have left in a stall in the men's room near the baggage pick-up area.
Phelps said he knew he had his mojo when he got off the plane because the women were flocking to him, but after he left the bathroom he could only muster the attention reserved for a run-of-the-mill athlete who is out of the medal hunt.
Sources close to Phelps said he is attempting to regain his mojo with the help of Viagra and a penis pump.
