Indonesian punks who behave badly and as anti-socially as punks generally do, are having their heads forcibly shaved Mohican-style as a punishment. There's only one problem; someone forgot to tell the police that Mohican-style haircuts are what global punks love.
The punk movement in Europe now is showing solidarity to it's Indonesian bretheren by also having their hair shaved in the same style.
Ex-Sex Pistols singer, Johnny Rotten, had his hair shaved too (what's left of it) and still being an iconic punk figure told the Indonesian government to "Fuck off!" He's also re-releasing "God save the Queen she aint no human being" and all proceeds are going to the locked up shaven punks in Aceh, Indonesia.
The Indonesian government in an effort to re-educate the punks is forbidding them to listen to the Sex Pistols, The Buzzcocks, Dead Kennedy's music, etc, and is brainwashing them with Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, etc. This caused a riot in the jail where they are locked up so the jail director decided to offer them a Christmas compromise by letting them listen to Sir Cliff Richard's Devil Woman. It calmed things down for 3 minutes and on hearing the effect of his mega-hit on the punks Sir Cliff decided to re-release it for Christmas again and again and again!
