Recently at a Sunday afternoon play off of the Men's Annual Croquet Tournament, three men emerging from the club lounge tripped and fell over separate wickets, causing each of them to break a leg.
Politicians are now studying a proposal to enact a law banning croquet, citing it as too dangerous of a sport.
A lawsuit is also being contemplated by the three men against Wimpet, Wimpet, Wimpet & Sons who were cited for not making their wickets more visible on the lawn.
It was not mentioned that the men had been imbibing in the lounge for several hours before the incident.
