Erratic actor Charlie Sheen has signed on to play erratic Congressman David Wu in "Two and a Half Tigers," a fantasy film about a lawmaker by day and a fake tiger by night.
The movie is based on the life of Wu, who blames his frequent mental meltdowns on a mental health drug.
Wu says the drug caused him to dress up in a tiger costume and send the resulting photo over the Intenet to women constituents.
The caption on the photo: "Please Put this Big Tiger in your tank, Babe!"
Sometimes Wu goes out at night in his Tiger outfit and plays "trick or treat" even though it's not Halloween.
Actor Sheen says he hopes he will be able to get the role because people have alleged he too is mentally ill and erratic.
