Dakota Fanning was spotted crying leaving the popular department store 'Fred Segal' on Monday, fans say.
The 11-year-old actress was reportedly seen this week with tears streaming down her face by members of the general public and the Californian Police Department.
So far, police have no lead on what caused Dakota to become so upset, but they have one suspect: Mark Lisanti from the popular magazine 'Defamer'.
According to information taken from Mark Lisanti's computer, he alledgedly wrote an article for Defamer about how ugly Dakota Fanning is.
Mr Lisanti has since been arrested and is waiting to stand trial on charges of making a celebrity child actress cry.
