South Carolina based nautical hero, Rear Vice Admiral Morse, one time captain of HMS Buggerall out of the port of Bristol today called off a planned trip to Europe on the QM2, where he would have tracked down some Norwegian and German ancestors.
Rear Vice Admiral Morse revealed exclusively to theSpoof.com that he couldn't go on the trip with a clear conscience.
"I thought it through, and I couldn't go ahead with it," Morse said. "It was always going to be an emotional journey, tracing my ancestors and revisiting the Buggerall in Portsmouth dockyard with my beloved wife. But what really killed the trip was the millions of E-mails imploring me to start work on the Spoof pirate saga, Below DecksII. It's not so much that Spielberg and the Dali Lama have been bugging me to do it. I just think I owe it to the fans. Sorry Europe."
Below Decks II is currently a germ within a seed which may or may not come to fruition. Everybody's waiting for Morse...
