In the days of ancient Rome, the Tribune held the power over life and death in the case of prisoners of the empire.Prior to ascending to the throne, Barackus Obamasus promised that he would not disrespect the lives and fates of the Prisoners of Gitmo in the way that the previous Caesar did. But that was only until he tasted the potion of power.
Now Tribune Obamasus has declared that the Prisoners of Gitmo will appear before his Tribunal throne and there they will face the scales of imperial justice. The new Tribune will remove the Roman eagle and all trappings of the last cruel Caesar but that has not stopped the Tribune's men from saluting him with the familiar and chilling Hail, Caesar.
