District of Columbia - Sending a strong signal to the nation, the Supreme Court yesterday ruled 7-to-2 that absorbent undergarments truly are no longer just for individuals who suffer from incontinence.
An excerpt from the Majority Opinion written by Chief Justice Roberts states: "Are we not all capable to decide when and where we choose to wear Depend-style (copyright) products? I, myself, am wearing them right now. My colleague prefers to wear them during long sporting events. They are ideal on roadtrips and when fly-fishing. Not to mention while visiting Times Square on New Year's Eve."
The Minority Opinion written by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg simply asked: "Where is that smell coming from?"
