BILLINGSGATE POST: Now that gender bending is old hat, thanks to Caitlyn Jenner, it was only a matter of time before constitutional bending became the norm. In the latest rulings; the first of which Chief Justice Roberts zigged to add meaning to words that didn't exist to create SCOTUSCARE, the second; where he zagged the other way to say that the majority inappropriately used the Constitution to allow gay marriage, "Trans-Constitutional" became the only term to adequately describe the process that allowed Roberts to go both ways in his interpretation of the constitution.
One wonders how legal scholars will describe this court. On one side you have four liberal justices who haven't broken their Omerta code since Roe vs Wade. On the other side, Justices Thomas, Alito and Scalia have been equally determined to interrupt the drift of the Constitution as written. Riding the middle rail, Roberts twice turned squirrely when he joined the liberals in SCOTUSCARE. Weeping in his opinion, Justice Kennedy controversially joined the liberals in deciding Gay Marriage.
Since we can't vote them out of office, why not put saddles on the liberal Jackasses and ride them out of Washington? And let Obama come along for the ride.
