WASHINGTON, DC - In a landmark judgment, the Supreme Court on Tuesday created the "third gender" status for gays. Earlier, they were forced to write male or female as their gender.
The court said that the gays will be allowed admission in educational institutions and given employment on the basis that they belong to the third gender category.
The Supreme Court said absence of law recognizing the gays as third gender could not be continued as a ground to discriminate against them in education and employment.
This is for the first time that the gays have been recognized as a third gender. The third gender people will be considered as LezboGayBiTrannies.
