A former intern for the Weiner Mayoral campaign apologized late Tuesday for using a series of harsh expletives to describe Anthony's Weiner.
The intern, Anita Mann, was quoted by the Internet news outlet, The Intern Buzz, attacking Anthony's Weiner.
Anthony's Weiner responded: "Mann, see if you ever get a job in this town again."
The flap is yet another unwelcome distraction for Anthony's Weiner, who has seen its status in the mayoral race go soft since revelations surfaced last week that Anthony's Weiner had sent lewd messages and photos of itself to women that Anthony had met online even after such behavior led to Weiner's resignation from Congress in June 2011.
Anthony Weiner has denied all allegations, saying that Carlos Danger is solely responsible.
