Despite gallant efforts, firefighters were unable to remove a tight turtleneck shirt worn by a local man because of his oversized front teeth.
34-year old Skeech Burlingame said he tried the shirt on at a nearby clothing store but when he tried to take it off, the neck of the wool shirt "kept getting snagged on my front teeth."
Store employees called firefighters, who offered to use a hydraulic rescue tool, but Burlingame declined, saying he was afraid the device might tear the new shirt and he would be forced to purchase it. "I don't want it; it doesn't fit me very well."
