A Californian man is using internet dating giant because he claims the standard of women he is meeting is "diabolical".
Henry Hurst, 46, a divorced father of 2 joined the well known matchmaking and dating site in January.
In that time he has contacted over 500 women in his home town of San Diego and met up with 30 of them.
So far though he says his experiences have not been good.
"Well, it usually goes like this, I e-mail them and then after a couple of messages we exchange telephone numbers, then we speak on the phone and after a couple of days arrange to meet' said Henry, explaining how he goes about his online romances.
Sadly though, it is at the meeting stage that things go wrong.
"Of all the women I have met not one has 'put out'" complains Henry "I just do not understand it!"
Karen Maguire, 28, a dancer from San Diego though has a theory.
"I met up with Henry, I knew he was 46 but the photos on his profile looked great, I mean he looked hot, but when I met him I was very upset. Those photos were 20 years ago and at least 150 lbs earlier!"
Indeed when I met Henry I was shocked - and he admitted that he had been using old photos of himself "Everyone does it" he explained.
Henry though is adamant though that one day he will find his online soul mate.
"I just guess it is frustrating, after every date I go home disappointed, jerk off then go to bed - I guess I will just start cutting out the middle man and not go on anymore dates and just jerk off at home -while browsing the images."
