Nike has released a new version of their successful shoe range, Air Jordan, and thousands of desperate punters attempting to buy a pair have caused riots in many major cities.
Sneaker shop keepers just couldn't provide every customer with a pair of the shoes so the punters decided to start kicking and punching each other in a desperate attempt to grab a pair.
The police were called in and arrested several aggressive shoppers who were left shoeless. Nike refuse to comment on the riots but Michael Jordan gave the following statement:
"These riots are futile and utter nonsense because there is only one person that can fly with Air Jordans on and that's me."
One desperate punter who managed to grab a pair of Air Jordans after punching someone elses lights out also gave a statement, "these shoes make me feel like I can fly man and it was worth smacking that stupid bastard to grab them."
Just as he was exiting the shop the police lifted him up and "flew" him into a waiting police van removing his lighter than light Air Jordans on the way proving the fact that only Michael can fly correctly with them on!
