Luton - A former Luton South Labour MP is to be indicted for £60,000 of dry rot fiddles at a Southampton home.
Margaret Moran (sic) faces 15 false accounting and six forgery charges in what the CPS has described as a stellar career of milking the system.
She will appear before City of Westmonster Magistrates on September 19th where prosecutors 'may listen favorably' to an insanity plea depending on official toxicology reports.
QM news sources understands Moran may cite the severe effects of mood-altering substances found in rot treatment chemicals used in the refurbishment of the said property.
However the house's 100 mile distance from her constituency orifices could prove to be a stumbling block unless lawyers can mount a case for wind-borne particles being responsible.
Moran will defend her innocence in what some have dubbed a Whitehall witch hunt by over-zealous conspiracy nutz.
So far the expenses scandal has seen four MPs and two Lords banged up for rampant dishonesty at the Mother of All Parliaments.
Elliot Morley, Jim Devine, Eric Illsley, David Chaytor, Lord Taylor of Warwick and Lord Hanningfield are all serving time at Her Maj's pleasure.
And up to 100 others may still be in the frame.
