Royal watchers in the UK today revealed that it is their understanding that Royal Wedding beauty Pippa Middleton is considering the purchase of a new garden shed.
Speculation reached fever pitch within the last few hours when it was confirmed that Pippa had visited her local garden centre and cast her eye over some of the sheds on offer.
Experts were initially reluctant to dismiss the shed buying theory, saying that British people often went to garden centres to look at sheds, without necessarily purchasing one.
"People like to look at sheds," one expert admitted. "It doesn't necessarily rule out the possibility that Pippa is thinking of buying one - but we need to treat this development with extreme caution, before blindly accepting it. It's possible that Pippa was merely visiting the garden centre to have a bit of a browse, and just fancied having a quick gander at some sheds."
Despite the possibility that there may not actually be a shed purchase on the near horizon, shed manufacturers were ecstatic that the divine Pippa had cast her eye over some sheds. William Gummidge, of Tewkesbury Bespoke Sheds Ltd told a Skoob News reporter:
"It's absolutely fantastic news for the industry that Pippa Middleton has been looking at sheds. Sheds are exciting. You're never far away from true happiness, providing you have a shed to retreat to. It's even better if you have a shed with windows in it - that way, it doesn't go dark if you close the door when you're inside."
It isn't known at this point that Pippa Middleton has actually - or indeed ever intended to - purchase a shed, but analysts predict that it won't be long before we start getting pictures of Pippa topless in a shed. Or related articles to that effect.
