Tickets for a planned fist fight at a secret location between BBC news anchor Simon McCoy and weatherman Tomasz Schafernaker are selling like hot cakes.
The fight was announced last night after Schafernaker's on-screen gaffe - literally tens of viewers saw him "give the finger" to McCoy when he thought he was off screen. He realised his camera was live and tried to disguise the gesture by scratching his chin.
"He gave me the finger, so I offered him out," said McCoy. "My agent's now talking to his and we're going to sort it out man-to-man. I don't know the venue yet - it'll probably be Wembley or the O2."
Schafernaker's agent said: "Tomasz is well up for this. They've been at each other's throats for months. This will clear the air."
Tickets for the fight are available through the BBC web site and Ticketmaster.
