Beloved PM, Tony Blair, has today angered royals with his recent portrayal of Prince Charles on top TV show "Alastair McGowen's Big Impression".
The PM was invited onto the show to perform his oft talked of spectacular celebrity impressions, and pulled the Prince Charles pose out of the hat. Audiences screamed with delight as he then went on to mumble in the fashion of the Prince saying things like:
"Mmm...I love flowers, what?"
and
"No mummy! Not in my special area!"
Royal spokesmen were said to be immediately on the phone with viscious tempers flaring like the Prince's nostrils. Buckingham Palace declined an interview but are said to be still seething with real-life anger.
Tony Blair has also yet to comment on his performance, but one aide closest to him suggests that he shouldn't be held to blame because he was "drunk as a...er...Scotsman".
The aide, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is soon to appear in court for inciting racial hatred against the Scots.
