Following the conviction of gangland killer Stephen Marshall, who became known as the Jig-Saw Killer after his predilection for dismembering the bodies of his victims and dumping the parts in a variety of locations, police are appealing for public help in tracking down a number of copycat killers who have surfaced on the back of this story.
The copycat killers are said to have based their methods on various popular games and puzzles.
Strathclyde Police are eager to speak to anybody with information regarding the 'Snakes And Ladders Killer' who also dismembers his victims before dumping body parts on rooftops and down sewer drains.
Greater Manchester Police are keen to hear from anyone which might lead to the conviction of the 'Rubik Cube Killer' who dismembers his victims before stitching the body parts back together - but all in the wrong places.
It seems that copycat killers are sprouting up all over the place. The Cluedo Killer, the Monopoly Killer, the Kerplunk Killer, the Buckaroo Killerand the Mike Reid's Pop Quiz 1983 Killer are all being sought by the police.
More as we get it.
