But the Antioch neighborhood of Jaycee Lee Dugard captors Phillip and Nancy 'Reagan' Garrido is being trawled with the same dogged canine determination that nailed UK monsters Ian Brady and Myra Hindley.
The Garridos are suspected of a twenty year child abduction rampage similar to the Moors murders who devastated a nation.
Today Contra Costa Sheriff's Department excavators began dismantling the Garridos' cellar where some suspect a Joseph Fritzl-like tunnel network might yield more clues.
