World famous web site Ewe Tube is to close down at the end of this month. The site, founded by a consortium of Welsh farmers in 1998 has suffered a rapid decline in viewers and seen several advertisers pull the plug in recent months as a result of the economic downturn.
Daffyd Jones, a sheep farmer from Wrexham told us:
"It's a great site really, but the overheads of maintaining it have mushroomed in recent months. And to be honest bach, I don't think there's as much interest in videos of sheep frolicking about in fields as there once was. Is'nit.
"Leeds United's decline as a football powerhouse had a lot to do with it as well."
The whole world mourns the loss of Ewe Tube.
