Channel 5 has announced that they are to broadcast a new series starring Noddy. An executive said "We are really excited about this. We think young and old alike will love to watch Noddy's adventures. He is such a wonderful character. With his great big sideburns and his crazy singing we think he is going to prove a big success."
Noddy has been away from our screens for a while. He was a major star in the 1970s but gradually his popularity waned. He used to appear with his close friends Dave, Don and Jim by his side.
Channel 5 are hoping that Noddy can prove as successful again. During his peak of popularity the nation was at a very low economic point much like today. Noddy's energy could help save the nation.
Noddy was asked to comment. "Baby Baby BABY!! Cum on feel the noise. Girls grab some boys. I don't want to drink my whisky like you do. Mama we're all crazy now."
Noddy will appear in numerous adventures. Some claim that Channel 5 is bereft of new ideas and is just plundering the past in order to fill up schedules. Maybe their Granny always told them that the old are the best Ah ha.
