Things look to be on the up for Gordon Brown and its all down to one man, Jimmy Saville. 10 Downing Street today released a statement confirming that Saville was to become the 'right hand man' of the Prime Minister.
Brown and Saville had already known each other before this, as Jimmy told the Daily Mail 'There I was, reading though my letters and I found one off Gordon, I particularly remember the first line it just read 'I want to be Prime Minister, Please fix it for me to get rid off Tony'.
Saville's appointment has thrown up other interesting developments it turns out also that John Prescott had also sent a letter to Jim asking for help with Bulimia.
Brown said 'don't worry things are sorting out we are very happy to have Jimmy on board he is just the kind of person we need to steady the ship'.
David Cameron was said to be unhappy about the new appointment.
