AMSTERDAM (Reuters) Aug. 7, 2007 - A giant, smiling Lego man was fished out of the sea in the Dutch resort of Zandvoort on Tuesday. A woman nearby added: "I saw the Lego toy floating towards the beach from the direction of England."
When reporters queried the man about Lego and all that, the man explained, "Lego is a smallish isle off to the North of Zandvoort. Lego's all full of potholes. It's getting bloody dangerous to walk the beach any more, so I thought I'd just pop over here. I thought Lego was a silly name for a town, but Blimey!, Zandvoort! You could strain your bleedin' uvula saying that a few times a day."
