Everyone is anticipating the excitement of the World Cup in Brazil. The England team are hoping for a major shock with Demonstrations expected for their style of football.
The local Brazilians fancy a carnival is a good way of showing satisfaction with life and there are fireworks being prepared for the World Cup. The goal is to get the Brazilian Government to make concessions to people who hardly have a thing to live on whilst millions are being spent on the football championship.
Our Latin American, Jose Wyme, has been interviewing the England team.
Goalkeeper Bob Green has found the welcome in Brazil is far better than the experience he had in South Africa four year's ago.
Drafted into the England World Cup squad following the injuries to all the goalkeepers selected when they were unwittingly involved with a demonstration and got smashed up by the forces of Law & Order, Bob joked to Wyme about the soft goal he let in when he last played for England against the United States.
'No one in Brazil will get a ball passed me' said our Bob 'I've been learning how to defend against bumpers.'
Wyme reminded Bob that this was a football tournament not a cricketing one.
'I know that' exclaimed our Bob 'I will not let footballs bump over my body.'
Oh Lay to that!
