Crystal Methodist preacher Peter Flowers has offered to jobshare Mayor Rob Ford Hubcaps's charity duties. Flowers has offered to act as wanking consultant to a number of business companies run as charitable trusts in a crack Canadian enterprise plan.
Flowers was not available for comment but was said by a rent boy to be very keen to be part of what could be a fascinating "marriage of convenience". In an earlier interview, Rob Ford Hubcaps was rumoured as having said, "Supporting local supply and demand street enterpreneurs is an admirable thing to do in times of austerity. I knew I was right to wait for a good dealer."
