The Enquirer has gotten the scoop on Mondays infamous Packer-Viking football game in which Brett Favre, one time favorite home boy of Green Bay, returned to Lambeau Field in the hated uniform of their rivals the Minnesota Vikings.
They intercepted the transmissions of strategy from the Packer coaches to the players- their whole goal was to break Favre's ankles during the game for being a traitor.
It seems however, that their strategy didn't work. Instead of Brett being hauled out of the game with his feet at right angles to his legs, he came in and creamed his former teammates with a 38 to 26 slaughter. No greater humiliation could be rendered to his former team, teammates, city and state than to rub their noses in the sod of Green Bay's own Lambeau field.
In words true to Favre's native Louisiana dialect- "Brett, how come you done us wrong?"
Sales of Favre voodoo dolls soared Monday when shops opened.
