In a shocking turn of events Lakers head coach Phil Jackson punched out a reporter from ESPN.
The usually mild mannered Jackson was heard in the locker room cursing and yelling, one person outside the locker room said that it was the most insane show of rage they had ever seen. Another person said that it was vintage Bob Knight.
The incident occurred when coach Jackson left the locker room an ESPN reporter went to ask Jackson a question, that is when Jackson turned around and threatened to shove the reporters camera up his rear, when the reporter continued to pursue Jackson he grabbed the camera and punched the reporter in the face and started kicking him repeatedly.
The unnamed reporter suffered several cuts on his face and three broken ribs.
