A British play about the collapse of Enron is to close on Broadway, folding with a loss of up to $4m (£2.6m). The show had only run for 15 weeks and sales had been disastrous.
In light of this failure, plans for a number of other Broadway productions scheduled for 2010 have also been scrapped , the most exciting being -
"The Life and Times of Bill Gates"
"Texting - The Musical"
"American Healthcare Reform 2"
"Madonna - The Adoption Years"
"Oil Slick - The Director's Cut"
"The Tea Party Papers"
"Wikileaks Unplugged"
"100 Things You Didn't Know About Hedgefunds And Were Too
Scared To Ask"
