"Nope. Don't have one" President George W. Bush responded when asked about his plan for leaving the White House. As puzzled reporters in the Rose Garden looked on the President continued "...I will not set an arbitrary deadline for withdrawal from the Whtie House".
After lamenting John McCain's Presidential Election loss because "...I really wanted a 3rd term" one reporter finally interrupted and pointed out that 20th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution specifically states "the terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January". The visibly irritated President quickly responded "hey look, if we start using the Constitution now then the terrorists have won".
