Kerry Katona has suffered a setback on her self-titled 'Road to recovery'.
According to sources close to the former celebrity, Katona is said to have hit the cocaine 'like a city banker on pay day', after learning she didn't have a prostate.
One friend told us, "Kerry is really confussed at the moment and just needs things to be as simple as possible, while she gets her life back on track. Learning that it was biologically impossible for her to have a prostate seems to have started a relapse and she's back on the drink and drugs again".
Katona who appeared on a breakfast television show yesterday, was heard saying live on air, "I feel so ashamed that I don't have a prostate. Things were looking up for me, until this happened".
The on/off drug addict is expected to go and stay in her holiday home, The Priory to escape the media attention.
