David says that he had been asking Courteney repeatedly to take it up the rear but she point blankly refused, and so much so that towards the end of their relationship she wouldn't take it up the front either.
Courtney says that it wasn't her job to put the trash out and take it up the rear of the property it was David's job, and she states she used to take it out the front to make it easier for him to take it up the rear of the property ready for the garbage collectors to dispose of.
