Even though his new film has just been completed, Quentin Tarantino has moved quickly to begin his next project. Although the movie is without a title, it has been confirmed that it is going to be a remake of the popular movie Mary Poppins.
"It is the greatest mother f*cking idea I've ever had. It is going to be based on Mary's relationship with Bert as she is trying to beat a crack addiction. At the same time, f*cking Bert, is drawn into a gang of f*cking crazy chimneysweeps who are trying to rob the Bank that Mr Banks works for. The heist goes worng and that's where the film really gets going", Tarantino described.
Tarantino has already cast Uma Thurman in the role of Mary and the role of Bert is rumoured to have been offered to Tim Roth.
"The f*cking songs will be f*cking crazy baby", Tarantino added during an interview in Cannes, "People don't know this about Uma, but she can f*cking rap. RAP!"
The film is slated for release in 2011.
