Lamented Television show Rainbow is to be made into a movie. The tale of George, Zippy, Bungle and Geoffrey will be turned into a smorgasbord of neon, shadow worn characterisation by Quentin Taratino.
Tim Roth, Mr Pink from Reservoir Dogs is set to play camp fame hungry hippo/ Elton John Hybrid George, whilst Gary Oldman is also in talks to star as Zippy.
Bungle will be played by Christopher Biggins, whilst Richard E Grant will play the old hippy Geoffrey. Popular 1960's beat combo Peter, Paul and Mary will play Rod, Jane and Freddy.
The Krankies and the Chuckle Brothers are set to have cameo roles in the new Batman film, at the behest of esteemed actors Michael Caine and Christian Bale.
