OKLAHOMA CITY – (Satire News) – The Scuttlebutt Review has just reported that the 13th Annual Oklahoma City Miss Upskirt Pageant was won by 29-year-old Missy Monroe.
SR reporter April Jiggle stated that Miss Monroe, who recently divorced her husband of two years on grounds of Pathological Non-Erectosis, was awarded a cash prize of $18,000, a trip to visit the exciting, newly remodeled La Brea Tar Pits, and a date with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.
Ms. Monroe, said that she was extremely elated and thrilled to win the upskirt title, which last year was won by a member of the NBA Oklahoma City Thunder cheerleading squad.
