On the way up the fast food upstart Bollix's Bangers and Blankets announced a stock split today -- 2 for 1. The stock, trading on the US Nasdaq, was trading for 10 cents and after the split it was 5 cents. The stock is now at 6 cents which represents a 20% gain.
Terry Tugman, former bassist for the punk band The Nostrils, used the name of his old dog as the inspiration for the name of his upscale Chelsea eatery Bollix's Bangers.
Child business prodigy Smiley Smith purchased the rights to Bollix's business name and enhanced the offering to provide bangers and blankets (pancakes) 24/7 to the hungry public.
