Classy supermarket chain Waitrose is hanging it's head in shame after a 'foreign object' was discovered inside a Curry For Two packet.
Tristan Artefact, a Management Consultant from Surrey, was just about to tuck into the microwave feast, when he noticed a hair protruding from the sauce.
"I pulled on the hair, and the head of a small horse came with it. It was coated in boiled rice and korma, none of which was edible" said Mr Artefact.
Waitrose chiefs are claiming the incident was an act of sabotage by a rival chain.
"It is appalling that jealous supermarkets, probably Northern ones, should stoop to these levels" said a Waitrose spokesman earlier today. "We like to put diamonds and rubies into the food from time to time as a treat for our valued customers, but a horse's head, even a foal's, would never get past our inspection unit".
Food watchdogs urge consumers to be wary when purchasing from Waitrose in the future.
