Softback: My wife's diary
Hardback: Decorative dough

Neither are mine...

Quite lucky though, the second nearest hardback is Trinny and Susanna's "What your clothes say about you".

All my books are upstairs....

Apparently not.

Now I have to sift through them to figure out which ones would make great stocking-stuffers and which ones are a hoax.

here's a real one (two; no, actually, it's one, if you count A pair as one, which you ought to):

Tales Of The Mysterious And Macabre by Algernon Blackwood - hardcover (Spring Books)
Polidori - The Vampyre and Other Tales of The Macabre - softcover (Oxford University Press)

I was going to look on our bookshelves for some true 'doozies' but Mr. G. has blocked the living area with a dresser and two mattresses.

Don't ask!

It's true though.

I supposed I COULD climb over the lot of the stuff to peruse the bookshelves, but I can't be arsed at the minit innit (insert question mark coz mine's buggered orf yet agen.)

Lady G.

(He's emptying out bedrooms and my office coz the carpet fitters are coming tomorrow. See I TOLD you so that you didn't HAVE to ask )
