My latest poor attempt at humor, "David Crosby Remembers(?) Woodstock" has been placed in the magazine section.

I think the magazine is "The Twilight Zone".

Any other names for it out there?

If you remember Crosby, Stills and Nash or go way back to The Byrds, it might give you a laugh.

But for a GREAT article on Woodstock, check out Abel's "Woodstock Wow 40 Birthday Candles". Don't want to miss that one.

I think the twilight zone gets more viewers than the magazine section. Then again, so does Margaret Thatcher's knickers.

agree. there are some pretty funny pieces on there. I think Mark should allow them to be brought up on the forum. there have been plenty I wanted to acknowledge here because I enjoyed them, and the writers that live there could use some recognition.

Maybe Mark wants us to sign up for a 3 year subscription or something....I did notice the mag section has now been included in a choice on the Publisher's Clearing House Mag Scam.....

Still Investigating,

Hey, I once won the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes. Don't make fun of them.

Of course, it was way back in 1981. It was also just a console television set (Sylvania) and a VCR.

But it was free, and I did win.

I remember that commercial where you showed up at the front door in your robe, slippers and the infamous teddy bear! I was too young to fully appreciate it at the time. Thanks for the memories!

Yeah, I watched those commercials...Van pulls up. A dude and entourage run out holding cameras, balloons, and roses. They knock on the door and are holding a gigantic 'fake' check with your name on it. Fantasy moments on TV!

Yup, I decided if they came to my door, I'd open it. Act surprised and say something like 'Wow! For me?' Grab the hottie with the big tits and short dress, pull her inside, and slam the door on the rest of them!

Bet that prize reception segment won't make it to a TV commercial!
