Okay, I assume that this is the 5 (or ten) favorite dead people that you would love to sit down and have a conversation with (the people who were your heroes and could answer your questions about many things):

1. Has to be my daughter, Michelle
2. Abraham Lincoln
3 and 4. John Denver and Karen Carptenter (my two favorite singers)
5. Donald E. Westlake (okay, he only died earlier this year, but one of my favorite writers)
6. The Apostle John (author of 5 New Testament books, including Revelation)
7. Mark Twain/Samuel Langhorn Clements
8. Sir Richard Francis Burton (discovered the head waters of the Nile, translated the Arabian Nights, first white man in Mecca, famous English explorer).
9. Lew Wallace (Civil war general, U.S. Ambassador to Turkey, Territorial Governor of New Mexico, author of Ben Hur)
10. Uncle Chuckie (a relative that I never got to say goodbye to before he died and who was like a second father to me. He was a 30 year vet and fought/served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam).

Hey SFO, we actually agree on something, yes Jesus was a real person and a good guy actually!

Wrote a blog on my site recently about how the different Christian religious fraternities have misused and abused the name since he was around!

www.jaggededgepublicatons.blogspot.nl

Jesus the MAN was cool as far as I'm concerned but the religious dogma and bullshit surrounding the mythical interpretation of Jesus, sorry, no time for!

What, no Michael Jackson on anybodies list?

Heard they are unveiling a statue of him at Mme. Tausaud's,

Amusing thought to make a wax figure of him, the corpse would suffice.

the corpse would never reach the high standards of authenticity at tussaud's....

it contains far too much plastic and silicone

Smurfette I'm blushing at your compliment, thanks!

I'm not really what you say, I believe only that where we all took a wrong turning was the time that the word "respect" was subsituted by the words "ignorance and greed" and we only have ourselves to blame!

Respect Smurfette, especially after what you've been through, and can still make people smile! Keep up the good work!
