I had lunch today. I found that I can buy new low fat sunflower seeds from Wholefood so I had one for lunch. It is the first time that I have eaten lunch since the Daily Mail said I looked chubby on Top of the Pops in 1997.

Getting a bit fed up with David being at home all day. He keeps hogging the mirror. He is a bit down today as he had hoped that Poland would win last night and he would get to be the England Manager.
