Anders Behring Breivik of Oslo, Norway was angry.

He was angry with a lot of things: "cultural Marxism," Islam and the rise of "Eurabia" chief among them.

Breivik was a modern-day "crusader" who despised the modern church - Catholicism for Pope Benedict XVI's open dialogue with Muslim leaders, Protestantism for its hip services and witness to Hindus.

Breivik will forgo just 47 days loss of freedom for each one of his victims, before the possibility of parole.

Oh dear!
