On the Good Shepard School website:

Pope Benedict XVI when talking about the Year of Faith said, "The 'door of faith' (Acts 14:27) is always open for us."

"The same is true for the school doors of our Catholic schools in the Diocese of Evansville.

As of Friday, Aug. 17, many schools have opened their doors for the 2012-13 school year. We, the Catholic Schools Office, have been traveling around to the schools and welcoming our students, teachers, staff and administrators back to school.

For anyone still considering providing their children with a Catholic education, it's not too late!

We welcome all interested parents to contact the Catholic school nearest you."
