The forest in the 13th century in my days, was totally outside the law.

Last year an impecunious Nottingham pensioner, Bartholomew Utterswaithe along with 54 other victims was mugged in the same Forest, rioters burned three police cars, there was four rapes, 3 attempted rapes, two murders, 145 drug offences, three stabbings, and a kidnapping.

Nothing changes does it?
