I realise now, how much I appreciate the support of my beloved wife Miriam González Durántez. A partner at Dechert; Alison Lees, partner at PwC and Charlie Hoffman, managing director at HSBC Private Bank Ltd, because I don't seem to be getting any support from elsewhere at the moment.

I read this view about me on a Hub page:

"I don't think he is a politician at all. I think he's one of these TV hypnotists who hypnotised himself into thinking he's a politician. Then, he hypnotised everyone else into thinking he's a politician. That's clever stuff. He must have hypnotised himself while he was shaving, or maybe he saw himself on TV?"
